Shipping policy

Delivery options inside UAE includes:

  • Shipping Fee within UAE: 25 AED - 50 AED
  • Cash on Delivery available via What's App at +971503759598 surcharge is 20 AED.
  • Delivery takes from 2 to 5 days after assigning the order to shipping company. 
  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges will be deducted from exchange or refund.
  • Kindly note order delivery may face delays during seasons, promotional activity, sale season.

GCC countries- Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman

    • Delivery fee depends on weight of order
    • Return fee will be charged to the customer
    • Available payment method is: Credit card (Visa/MasterCard)
    • Delivery takes from 3 to 5 days after assigning the order to shipping company.
    • For KSA orders exceeding AED 1,000, the customer’s national KSA ID details and short address are required. For all Oman shipments, the customer’s national ID information is mandatory for every order.
    • Please note that all international orders will be processed under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms, meaning customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the destination.

Duties & Taxes 
Kindly note, all international packages may be subject to change due to duties and taxes and may have additional charges. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

- In case you refuse to receive the order: Please note that we will have to deduct the customs and taxes from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
