Refund policy
Refund/Return/Exchange:
- You can return online orders within 7 days from date of receiving your shipment.
- The item should be in the same condition, not damaged and in their original packaging
- Bags can be exchanged within 7 days from date of receiving your shipment, and must be in its original condition
- In case of receiving a faulty item, we guarantee exchanging it
- Purchases made in-store can only be return at the store, not via the website
- No refund or exchange for items purchased through Tabby service
- You can refund only through same method of purchase
- Refund is available once item is returned, not used, in its original packaging, within 7 days
- Refund is not available for bags
- The customer will have to cover the fees for the return/exchange orders.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
