Refund policy

Refund/Return/Exchange:

• You can return online orders within 7 days from date of receiving your shipment.
• The item should be in the same condition, not damaged and in their original packaging
• Bags can be exchanged within 7 days from date of receiving your shipment, and must be in its original condition
  
• In case of receiving a faulty item, we guarantee exchanging it
  
• Purchases made in-store can only be return at the store, not via the website
• No refund or exchange for items purchased through Tabby service 
• You can refund only through same method of purchase
• Refund is available once item is returned, not used, in its original packaging, within 7 days
• Refund is not available for bags
• The customer will have to cover the fees for the return/exchange orders.
•  Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
